We do not screen landlords or agents beyond the application described on this site, and we do not guarantee that any pet policy, breed, or size allowance is current.

Pet policies, breed and size limits, fees, and deposits are set by individual landlords and building management and can change without notice. Always confirm the current pet policy directly with the listing agent before applying, signing a lease, or paying any deposit. A listing marked “pet-friendly” is a starting point, not a guarantee.

Agents and landlords are solely responsible for the truthfulness of their listings, including photos, pricing, amenities, and pet policies, and for complying with all fair housing and local rental laws. We may remove or expire listings at our discretion, including listings that are inactive for more than 24 hours.

When you contact a listing, your message and contact details are shared with the relevant agent or landlord. We are not responsible for their response, conduct, or any agreement you reach with them. Be cautious sharing personal or financial information, and never wire money or pay a deposit before viewing a unit and confirming legitimacy.

Pet-based matching is an estimate based on the details you enter and the listing’s stated policy. It does not account for every factor a landlord may consider, and a high match score is not a promise of approval.

You agree not to scrape or bulk-download listings, post false or misleading content, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Listings and pet-spot data are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any listing, match result, or communication with a landlord or agent.

The site may display maps and links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
