Listing content: agents and landlords provide property details, photos, and their own contact information, which is published on the platform.

We use your information to:

• Operate the listing search, pet-matching, and saved-listing features.
• Forward your inquiry to the listing’s agent or landlord.
• Review and process agent and landlord applications.
• Send service notices, such as a reminder that a listing you posted is expiring.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your renter profile with landlords beyond what is needed to match you to a listing. Inquiry messages are delivered to the relevant agent or landlord only.

We use local storage to keep you signed in. Your saved listings are stored on your account, so they follow you across devices when you log in. We do not use advertising cookies that track you across other websites.

Renter profiles and saved listings are kept while your account is active. Listings posted by agents expire automatically after 24 hours unless renewed. You may delete your profile or saved listings at any time.

You can access, correct, or delete the personal information tied to your account from your renter profile or by contacting us. To request permanent deletion of your account and associated data, use our account deletion page. If you are located in California or the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under the CCPA or GDPR.

The platform is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
